Booking and cancellation policy

Booking

You can book online, by phone or at the clinic. Online bookings are reserved for a short time while you complete your details and any payment. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or see it as “Confirmed” in your portal.

Deposits and payment

Some services need a deposit or full payment when booking; the amount is shown before you pay. Where a price depends on assessment, the deposit is deducted from the final price. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; the clinic never sees or stores your card details.

Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule from your patient portal up to the time shown in your booking confirmation before the appointment. After that, please call the clinic.

Refunds

Refunds are approved by the clinic and returned to the original payment method where possible.
